Self-attested copy of High School (10th) Marksheet & Certificate (DOB proof).
Self-attested copy of Higher Secondary (10+2) Marksheet.
MPOnline D.El.Ed Registration allotment slip.
Valid Madhya Pradesh Domicile (Mool Niwasi) Certificate.
Caste Certificate (for SC / ST / OBC candidates, if applicable).
4 recent passport-size colored photographs.
